Free Resources and Open-Source Projects

All open-source projects, tutorials, blog posts, and free tools provided by AryCodes are available at no cost and therefore are not eligible for refunds. These resources are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Paid Services

For any paid services or premium tools offered by AryCodes, refunds are applicable only if we fail to deliver the promised service. Once a digital service has been successfully delivered, no refunds will be issued. We consider a service successfully delivered when the agreed-upon deliverables have been provided to the client.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for paid services may be considered in the following circumstances:

• If AryCodes fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe
• If the delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications
• If technical issues prevent the client from accessing or using the delivered service

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at arycodes.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request
3. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

For ongoing services or projects, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to arycodes.in@gmail.com. Depending on the stage of the project, a partial refund may be issued for work not yet completed. Any work already completed or in progress at the time of cancellation will be billed according to our standard rates.

Donations

Donations made to support AryCodes and its open-source projects are non-refundable. We appreciate your support in helping us continue to provide free resources to the community.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
